Flushes

I just got back from the restroom and while listening, it occurred to me: the 1.6 gallon flush just doesn’t work. Why do I say this? Because almost every time you flush one of those, you have to flush twice. I mean, REALLY! You sit down and drop off some friends at the pool and then finish your business and flush….. then you see it all didn’t go down so you flush again! So now you’ve defeated the purpose of the water saving flush. Who decided 1.6 gallons? Why did they decide on 1.6 gallons? Maybe “they” need to look at a 2 gallon flush. That should take care of all the floaters and still conserve water.
